Gluten Free Products

Food Items I have purchased and liked:

  • Jules Flour and her graham cracker mix
  • Cherrybrook Cake mix and frosting mix
  • Tinkyada pasta - still not quite like semolina pasta but the closest I found
  • Chex GF cereals - Rachel is completely stuck on Honey Nut Chex and eats it almost every day.
  • Nature's Path - cereal and frozen waffles
  • Envirokidz cereals - I love the Koala Crisp (chocolate of course)  The Mesa Sunrise is also good
  • Bragg Liquid Aminos - to replace soy sauce
  • Organicville has some GF salad dressings and a Tangy BBQ sauce (love this)
  • Alexia frozen potato products (they don't coat their fries with flour like OreIda)
  • Bobs Red Mill pizza crust mix (like many GF things not the same, but if doctored with seasonings this makes good foccacia and pizza crust
  • Cornflake crumbs to replace bread crumbs, i.e. oven fried chicken

  1. Decided not really a fan of using the Bob's Red Mill as pizza crust. Found it takes making it really thin and almost have to over cook it to make it not doughy! It does make decent foccacia though, when doctored with rosemary and salt.
