Italian Beef

Italian Beef


3 lb sirloin tip roast
1 bottle zesty Italian dressing
1/2 cup brown sugar
1/2 TBS Italian seasoning


Trim fat from roast, rinse it, then pat it dry. Place roast in crock pot. Sprinkle brown sugar and Italian seasoning over roast. Pour entire bottle of dressing over roast. Cook in crock pot on low for 8 - 10 hours (or high for 4-5 hours works too). Shred beef with two forks. Serve on buns. The juice can be used for dipping. This is so good with pepper-jack cheese on the sandwiches.
