Menu Planning :)


Breakfast
Sun - muffins
Mon - pineapple, fried eggs, toast
Tues - oatmeal with cinnamon and apples
Wed - egg casserole, smoothie (orange, pineapple, banana)
Thurs - berry and apple crisp
Fri - scrambled eggs, toast, oranges or grapefruit
Sat - oatmeal and bananas

Lunch
Sun - lunchmeat and cheese sandwiches, grapes, pretzel sticks
Mon - salmon or tuna sandwiches
Tues - cheese/pickle sandwiches
Wed - peanut butter and jelly
Thurs - egg sandwiches or french toast
Fri - cheese sandwiches grilled or broiled
Sat - peanut butter and jelly

In addition to the above, they also are given a raw vegetable every day for lunch

Dinner
Sun - they eat apples and peanut butter and crackers on the way home from church - they have an hour drive home
Mon - meat, vegetable, salad
Tues - casserole (using rice or pasta), salad
Wed - soup in crock pot, bread or muffins
Thurs - all vegetable dinner such as . . . sweet potatoes (either mashed, baked or made into fries), green beans or broccoli, corn, pickled beets, cole slaw or salad
Fri- Fri is her date night with her husband (yes, every Friday)  Her oldest daughter fixes dinner - she choices from . . . . pizza, tater tot casserole, tacos or shepherd's pie
Sat - Crock pot meal - usually meat and vegetable or meat and rice or a soup/stew

For snacks they are given apples, bananas, raisins, celery with peanut butter or cream cheese, popcorn
