Blueberry Syrup

Blueberry Syrup

.for one of those little baskets (i think it's a pint), i use about 2 tablespoons of flour, about 1/4-1/3 cup sugar...and i usually put enough water to just cover the blueberries and so it's not tooo thick..i sort of add it while I'm blending. You can even add a little oj or lemon juice and cinnamon.. then it's like having blueberry pie filling syrup. =)...sometimes I add a little butter to the pot so it melts and then i add the blueberry mixture to it...you don't have to though.
