Crock Pot Mac & Cheese

Crockpot Macaroni and Cheese

8 oz macaroni pasta (I love to use the rainbow macaroni for this recipe.)
3 cups grated cheddar cheese
3 cups milk
...2 eggs
1/4 cup melted butter (plus 2 Tbsp for buttering crockpot)
1 tsp salt
dash of pepper

Cook 8 ounces of elbow macaroni pasta per package directions.

Grease your crockpot bowl with 2 Tbsp butter

Beat 2 eggs well and set aside

Add these ingredients to the greased crockpot and mix lightly with a spoon:
Cooked Macaroni
3 cups grated cheddar cheese
3 cups milk
2 beaten eggs
1/4 cup melted butter
1 tsp salt
Pinch of black pepper

Cook on LOW for 3 1/2 to 4 hours.

Sprinkle top of mixture with some extra grated cheese.
Let stand for 10 minutes off the base heat while covered and serve hot.

Kelly's Notes: I made the Crockpot Mac-N-Cheese. It was good but I added some garlic powder, mostly cooked chopped up chicken breast and broccoli to make it a full meal. Very good. Everyone liked it, especially the kids and it was very easy.
