Emily's Blueberry Muffins

Best Ever Blueberry Muffins

1 1/2C AP flour
1 Tbs baking powder
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 C sugar
4 Tbsp (1/2 stick) unsalted butter, melted and cooled
1 lrg egg, beaten
3/4 C plus 2 Tbsp milk
1 C blueberries

**makes 10-12

1. preheat over 400°
2. sift the flour (hahaha i do not!), baking powder and salt into large bowl. stir in sugar
3. separate bowl whisk together melted/cooled butter, egg and milk then add wet ingredients to dry, whisking until just blended
4. add blueberries to mixture, blending just enough
5. pour into muffin tins, bake 18-24 min until golden
6. remove from pan to wire rack to cool
