Quick Bread

Quick Bread

1 c flour
1tsp salt
1T sugar
1 pkg yeast

Mix up all in medium bowl add 1 c warm water + 1/4 cup olive oil
Mix together and will be kinda soupy - add 1 c flour to mix
and mix again.
Flour counter and place dough on counter, sprinkle top with flour. Knead for about 3 min. Let rise 1/2 (quick rise yeast) to 1 hour in 85 degree oven in a greased bowl lightly covered with plastic wrap until double in size. Punch down & pull out of bowl form into a braid or a oval loaf or whatever. Set in warm oven again for 1/2 an hour to 45 min until doubled again. 
Set oven to 375 and cook on cookie sheet for 30 minutes.
