Charlie's Twiced baked Potatoes

 Here's what I do: Bake your potatoes. When done, take them out of the foil, cut them in half, and scoop out the insides into a bowl. Add butter, sour cream, green onion (chopped), chopped cooked bacon, salt and pepper and cheese (it's all to your taste on how much you add of everything) Mix well. Add a spoonful (or more) to each potato. Put them back into the oven, and bake for about 30 minutes, 15 minutes in, add cheese, and bake until cheese is melted and bubbly :) Does that all make sense? LOL!!

 You put them in a 9x13 pan (that's what I usually use) and fill them, then cover them with foil and bake :) So yummy!
