Twiced Baked Potatoes

 boil 10 potatoes until soft - drain and mash with 8 ounce package of cream cheese, one cup of sour cream, 1 Tablespoon chopped chives (no milk) - put in oven until golden brown on top (350). I top mine with some shredded cheddar and some more chopped chives. Actually, I don't make these although I love them. Daniel doesn't like them because he doesn't like sour cream. The lady I get this recipe from always saves some when she makes them for her family.
