Fettuccine Alfredo

Fettuccine Alfredo:
12 oz. Fettuccine noodles
4 oz. Cream Cheese
1/2 c. butter
1 cup 1/2 & 1/2
3/4 c. Parmesan
1 clove garlic
1/4 t. pepper

1. Cook noodles
2. Melt butter and add garlic for about 5 minutes
3. Add cream cheese and 1/2 & 1/2
4. Stir in Parmesan and pepper
5. Pour over pasta
*This is a very easy recipe and only takes 15-20 minutes*
*I don't use a clove of garlic. We use the garlic bits that you buy inthe jar and store it in the fridge. It's about 1/4 of a cereal spoon, depending on how garlicy you like it. Make sure you DO NOT BURN the garlic!!!!!*
