Bruschetta Bread

I was going to tell you guys about a poor man's bruschetta I did and it turned out pretty good. I buttered one side of pieces of bread and then sprinkled mozzarella cheese on them and then toasted them in the oven. It a bowl I mixed a can of diced tomatoes, some Italian salad dressing and some minced garlic. When the bread was toasted I sprinkled the tomatoes on top and ate it with my spaghetti like garlic bread. It was good. Some day I'll make REAL bruschetta.
