1/4 C. soy sauce
1/4 C. oil
2. Tablespoons Honey
2. Tablespoons cider vinegar
1 bunch green onions, chopped
1 Teaspoon powdered ginger
1 Teaspoon garlic
Mix together soy sauce, oil, honey, vinegar, onions, ginger and garlic. Marinate meat overnight (Overnight is best, but, if you can't do it overnight, it needs at least 6 hours) Cook meat as desired.
**good on chicken and pork
