Coffee Cake
Ingredients
1 cup all-purpose flour
1/2 cup sugar
2 teaspoons baking powder
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 egg
1/2 cup milk
2 tablespoons butter, melted
1 1/2 cups sliced fresh strawberries
1 cup all-purpose flour
1/2 cup sugar
2 teaspoons baking powder
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 egg
1/2 cup milk
2 tablespoons butter, melted
1 1/2 cups sliced fresh strawberries
for the crumb topping:
1/2 c. sugar
1/4 c. all-purpose flour
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
pinch of salt
1/4 c. unsalted butter, at room temperature
Preheat oven to 375°. Grease and flour a 9″ square pan
Bake for 30 minutes

The perfect oatmeal with all of the flavor of pumpkin pie
Ingredients
◦1/2 cup skim milk
◦1/2 cup water
◦1/3 cup Coach’s Oats
◦2 tablespoons light brown sugar
◦2 1/2 tablespoons 100% pure pumpkin( I did NOT use pumpkin pie filling)
◦1/4 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice
◦1 tablespoon half and half
◦3 pecans, toasted (optional)
Instructions
1.In a small saucepan bring the milk and water to a boil.
2.Add the oats and reduce the heat to a simmer.
3.Cook oats for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.
4.Remove from heat and allow to sit for 1 minute.
5.Stir in the brown sugar, pumpkin and pumpkin pie spice.
6.Pour into a bowl and top with half and half and pecans.
Notes
You could use pumpkin pie filling if that is all you have, you would just have to decrease the pumpkin pie spice.
I used oatmeal from Winco's,and only cooked it with water....made 6 servings so added the spices and sugar for 6 servings......topped with chopped pecans and milk not half and half just due to budgetary restrictions......cooking it with milk would use up milk I can't afford to use and half and half is just to expensive.....plus when I can get oatmeal for 0.65 a pound I would be silly to buy a name brand oatmeal....

Kelly's Croissant Breakfast.
super yummy breakfast food and easy. Take crescent rolls and press them in the bottom of a 9X13 pan like a pie crust. Then brown a pound of sausage, drain and mix it in a bowl with some shredded cheddar and a package of cream cheese. Spread that mixture on your crescent roll "pie crust" bottom. Then make another crescent roll crust for the top and bake until golden brown. Its absolutely one of my favorites.

Rarah's Cookies:
So, it's really easy. I use a cake-mix cookie recipe- it's standard and works across the board. I used a Butter Pecan cake mix:
1 package of cake mix (any flavor)
1 large egg
1/4 cup of oil
1/4 cup of water
Baked the cookies at 350° for 15 minutes.
While baking, I took dried apricots, chopped them and brought to rolling boil in 1/4C agave syrup (you can use refined sugar) and about a 1/4 cup water- candied the apricots. Once rolling boil begins, make sure you turn it down to about a 2-3 on the stove. You should have some syrup along with the candied apricots by the end of the process.
After removing the cookies, immediately spoon apricot syrup onto the cookies. Let sit for 5-7 minutes.
Now, you want to you vanilla almond bark- cook entire bar for 90secs.
Dip your cookie tops into the almond bark. While still warm, place a single candied apricot on the top. Allow to cool (I placed mine in the fridge).
The combination of flavors was really good!!

Blueberry Syrup
.for one of those little baskets (i think it's a pint), i use about 2 tablespoons of flour, about 1/4-1/3 cup sugar...and i usually put enough water to just cover the blueberries and so it's not tooo thick..i sort of add it while I'm blending. You can even add a little oj or lemon juice and cinnamon.. then it's like having blueberry pie filling syrup. =)...sometimes I add a little butter to the pot so it melts and then i add the blueberry mixture to it...you don't have to though.

Pumpkin Pancakes
Pumpkin Pancakes
* 2 cups all-purpose flour
* 3 tablespoons brown sugar
* 2 teaspoons baking powder
* 1 teaspoon baking soda
* 1 teaspoon ground allspice
* 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
* 1/2 teaspoon ground ginger
* 1/2 teaspoon salt
* 1 1/2 cups milk
* 1 cup pumpkin puree
* 1 egg
* 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
* 2 tablespoons vinegar
1. In a separate bowl, mix together the milk, pumpkin, egg, oil and vinegar. Combine the flour, brown sugar, baking powder, baking soda, allspice, cinnamon, ginger and salt, stir into the pumpkin mixture just enough to combine.
2. Heat a lightly oiled griddle or frying pan over medium high heat. Pour or scoop the batter onto the griddle, using approximately 1/4 cup for each pancake. Brown on both sides and serve hot.
Topping for pancakes.. this is good on any kind of pancake.
4oz softened cream cheese
1/2 contained thawed whipped topping
mix together until smooth! It's so yummy on these pancakes with chopped pecans or walnuts sprinkled on top and warm maple syrup. :)

Kelly's Baked Oatmeal
I'm making this for the first time this morning. It was super easy and I hope it tastes as good as it sounds!!
Stir together 6 cups of dry oatmeal, 2 tsp. baking soda, 2 tsp. salt, 1.5 Tbsp cinnamon, 2 cups brown sugar (or white, or honey), 1 cup soft butter, 4 eggs, and 4 c. milk. Pour it into a greased 9x12 pan, and bake at 375° F for 25 minutes.

Jenn's French Toast Casserole
This is one of the recipes (or a combo of a few) I saw online but made it out of what we had on hand :)
2 Packages of Cream Cheese
1/3 Cup of Maple Syrup
1/3 Cup of Almond Milk
1 T of Cinnamon
3 Eggs
10 Pieces of Wheat Bread
I greased my Rectangular Baker. And broke up the bread into "bite" size pieces and topped with all the other ingredients that had been mixing in the Kitchen Aid Mixer....which by the way I am in love with :)
Topped it with a little brown sugar!
350* for 30 minutes!
I think you could definitely put more of the "liquid" if you wanted all the bread coated and more like french toast......some of ours was more toasty :) But I would totally make t exactly the same way again!!
