I love the flour that this lady makes.  (Jules)  I have found it really is good for just about anything. The only thing I haven’t had too much luck with is making regular bread.  A friend of mine went with me to Whole Foods close to DC when she was here doing a demonstration of her flour.  I know there are some stores around here (mostly whole foods) where I can buy her flour but she also ships it and runs specials.  She also has cookie mixes too.
