Jenn's French Toast Casserole


This is one of the recipes (or a combo of a few) I saw online but made it out of what we had on hand :)

2 Packages of Cream Cheese
1/3 Cup of Maple Syrup
1/3 Cup of Almond Milk
1 T of Cinnamon
3 Eggs
10 Pieces of Wheat Bread

I greased my Rectangular Baker. And broke up the bread into "bite" size pieces and topped with all the other ingredients that had been mixing in the Kitchen Aid Mixer....which by the way I am in love with :)

Topped it with a little brown sugar!

350* for 30 minutes!

I think you could definitely put more of the "liquid" if you wanted all the bread coated and more like french toast......some of ours was more toasty :) But I would totally make t exactly the same way again!!
