2 cups peanut butter, divided
3/4 c (1.5 sticks) butter, softened
2 cups powdered sugar, divided
3 cups graham cracker crumbs
2 cups Semi sweet chocolate chips, divided
Grease a 13x 9" pan
Beat 1 1/4 cups of peanut butter and butter in larger mixer bowl until creamy. Gradually beat in 1 cup powdered sugar. With hands or wooden spoon, work in remaining powdered sugar, graham cracker crumbs, and 1/2 cup choc chips. Press evenly into prepared pan. Smooth with spatula. ( I ended up putting plastic wrap on my hands and pressing it down that way cause it kept sticking to the spatula.)
Melt remaining peanut butter and remaining choc chips in a sauce pan, over lowest heat possible. Stir constantly. Spread over graham cracker crust in pan. Refridgerate for 1 hr or until chocolate is firm. cut into bars. Store in fridge. Enjoy!!!!!!!!
